RadSTATION is a socio-economic business (SEB) supported by the Austrian Public Employment Service (AMS) and the city of Vienna.
Our social mandate is to offer short-term employment to job seekers who have been unemployed for long periods of time, train them, provide them with social pedagogical support and actively help them to find work. We provide what are known as transit jobs for people who have been unemployed for a long time; these are very similar to jobs in a profit-making company.
We offer transit employees in RadSTATION a protected environment where they can be supported along every step of the way back to regular employment. Enthusiastic fans of two wheelers can make a name for themselves in a range of areas: Shop, workshop, bike hire and parking service. We train bike mechanics, sales staff, office workers and admin assistants and are a diverse company with men and women of all ages.
